Built through layered watercolour and acrylic ink, with fragments of collage embedded within the surface, the painting holds subtle shifts of texture and tone. Gentle mark-making suggests distant ridgelines dissolving into cloud, the pull of wind across open ground, and the fleeting nature of winter light as it passes across the land.
