Water. Elemental. Constant motion; continually sculpting the landscape. Depositing silt, eroding cliffs, waterways that narrow and widen as the tide flows… Life, both wild and human, is governed by these shifting tides. With the tide out, waders feed, seals bask, with the waters high, the boats head out…perpetual rise and fall.

This mixed media artwork captures the big skies and the myriad of creeks and inlets, criss-crossed with tracks, evidence of both the wildlife, and the lives of man; delicate details and expressive washes…
